I FIND GREAT JOY IN CAPTURING CANDID MOMENTS BETWEEN LOVED ONES THAT BECOME CHERISHED MEMORIES.

Frequently Asked Questions

Eeek!  What should I wear?

Keep it simple, I usually recommend keeping colors to a 3 color scheme.  Nothing too busy, but feel free to wear layers, textures, and accessorize with jewelry, scarves, etc! If you are unsure, I’m always happy to lend a hand and help you put something together that will look great in photos!

Do you have a studio?

Yes!  My studio is in NE Minneapolis.  It has beautiful exposed brick and hardwood floors.  It is very easy to find and has free on street parking available.  The address is: Suite # 205, 79 NE thirteenth Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55413

What if I need to reschedule?

As a mom of 3, I definitely understand sickness creeps up on you.  I ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your session, but we will definitely get you in at the next available opening.

How long is my session?

All sessions (with the exception of newborn sessions) are about an hour long.  Some sessions go closer to 90 minutes, but from my experience, kids are usually done after about an hour and I have gotten more than I need in that amount of time.Newborn sessions are 3-4 hours long.  Each baby is different and I make sure to leave lots of time for diaper changes, feeding and snuggling!

What happens after my session?

You can expect to see a “sneak peek” of your session on facebook within about 1 week of your session.  We will set up a time to meet in person for your ordering session within 1-2 weeks after your portrait session.  After you have ordered, you can expect to receive your products in about 4-6 weeks.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, you will need to pay your session fee to reserve your session time on my calendar.

What kind of payment do you take?

I take cash, check and credit cards (at your order session).
