I met William when he was barely 3 months old and I can’t believe he’s already 2! He was the best baby ever, anytime I photographed him, and not much has changed! Such a sweet little boy and so well behaved! He had a great time running along the trails and playing in the brush at the park. I bet he took a good nap that day! I had so much fun shooting these engagement pictures. First of all, Erica is my cousin, and we’ve grown up together and been very close over the years and also, her fiance Chad is awesome and I can’t wait for him to officially become part of the family! We had a great night for pictures. It was a bit hazy and overcast, and even towards the end of October, not to chilly. I love getting to shoot couples, but I rarely have the opportunity, because I don’t do weddings. I was so glad to get to do Erica’s and Chad’s because they are a gorgeous couple and so laid back! I hope you love them Eri and Chad!!!!

I had such a great time photographing a bunch of awesome families! We had a great day and a great location! Who would have thought temps would have been in the upper 50’s and 60’s towards the end of October! Thanks to all of my awesome clients who came out to see me last Sunday 🙂 I had a blast and I hope you did too!!!!
I took the kids to the Apple Orchard last week in hopes of getting some possible pictures to use for a Christmas card in case we don’t end up doing family pictures this fall. It was a beautiful day, with the exception of the wind! I’m surprised it didn’t blow little Nellie away 🙂 The kids had so much fun (even though there were literally NO apples left on the trees to pick). We ran up and down the aisles of trees and took turns pulling the wagon and riding in the wagon. Johnny is my little buddy and LOVES the camera, being in pictures, taking pictures and being my assistant and making his sister laugh when it’s her turn for pictures! He’s the best assistant ever! Nel, is a little less thrilled with the idea of getting her picture taken 🙂 Maybe it will grow on her! Either way, all of us had a blast! Such great memories of the fun time we had at the orchard!

I love this girl! She is the cutest little thing and such an easy going baby! She is only 5.5 months old and she’s already sitting up by herself and starting to scoot across the floor! I was so bummed when our first shoot originally got rained out, but it was a blessing in disguise! Yesterday was a gorgeous day and couldn’t have been any more perfect for pictures. Thank you Matt and Laura for letting me document this special time in your lives. Ellie is awesome, just like her mommy and daddy!
