The kidlets!

I decided to take the kids (and my dad aka “Poppy Tom”) on an adventure to find some caterpillars down at Minnehaha Falls.  This is the first time I’ve gone to Minnehaha falls and actually looked at the falls and gone down closer to the water!  I love it!!!  So beautiful!  Now……if only my kids would cooperate!  They actually did really great, but getting a two and three and a half year old to work together so I can get a decent photograph can be quite challenging.  Oh well!  At least we had lots of fun and took some caterpillars home in the bug catcher Johnny got last year for his bday.

Johnny finally got up the nerve to hold a caterpillar…..No idea where he gets his squeamishness! (clearly that was meant to be sarcastic)

MY BABIES!!!!  I love them so much 🙂

Nellie telling me about the caterpillars Johnny and Poppy Tom were catching!  She wanted no part of this!

William is getting big!

The last time I saw William he was barely 3 months old!  He’s grown so much and is now 7.5 months old!!!  Such a cutie pie and a smiler the whole time!  William’s mommy and daddy are Twins fans so we made sure to get some pictures in his Twins outfit and his baseball glove!  How cute is that?  Thank you so much Marisa and John for making the drive to the studio!  It was so wonderful getting to see you once again!  I look forward to the next time I see you and William!

100% Cute!

Little Madden is turning 2!  He even sported a tie for his photo shoot, how cute is that!  He is as sweet as can be and had so much fun exploring the park with his mom and dad.  During the adventure, we found a bus so Madden had a seat and sang “wheels on the bus.”  I had so much fun playing with Madden and meeting you Jodi and Nate!  I hope you love your photos!  Happy Birthday Madden!

Opps!  One got away!“Look, a Caterpillar!”

Blue eyed beauty

Baby Reese is 6 months old and has tons of personality already!  She was squealing like crazy and loved checking out the studio!  Her blue eyes are GORGEOUS and when she got excited they just sparkled!  Kurt and Melissa, thank you for bringing in Reese for pictures!  It was so wonderful to meet you both!Mommy even brought a special teddy bear hat for Reese, and now I’m pretty sure I need to buy one for the studio!  It was too cute!

Beautiful little Isabella

I was so glad to get to go see Sarah and Donny again and meet 2 week old beautiful baby Isabella!  I met Sarah for maternity pictures when she was 38 weeks pregnant and we had so much fun!  Now their beautiful little girl is finally here and it is evident how much she is loved.  We took these pictures when it was 85+ degrees outside with insane humidity, but they suffered through it for some outdoor pics, and I’m so glad they did because I love the way they turned out!  Thank you so much for allowing me to meet your sweet little angel!  I had so much fun with you guys and I hope to work with you again!  Congratulations!Isabella LOVED being outside!  She even smiled about it 🙂

The last picture is for Grandma who really wanted a photo of Isabella with the rings  🙂
